Consultation

When you reach out to schedule a consultation, we will have an initial conversation where you can share your reasons for seeking therapy. This is a valuable opportunity for you to discuss your goals for therapy and for us to assess if I am a good fit for you.

Sessions

All sessions are 55 minutes long.

Sessions are currently offered only through telehealth (video). You must reside in the state of New York in order to participate in telehealth sessions.

Rates & Insurance

Sessions start at $150.

I am in-network with the following insurances:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield)

For all other insurances, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance as an out-of-network provider.
